The only tire shop who actually discussed what options were available for me instead of trying to sell me their preferred tires/rims or dismissed me for asking questions.

After seeing a sensor in the car, I was told by the Toyota dealership that I had a nail in a tire,and they would plug it. However, when I was driving away, the sensor was still active. I then took it to Taylor on the advise of a friend, was treated with the utmost respect, and was informed all tires were fine, but the tire sensor needed to be replaced. (There was never a nail in the tire!)This was repaired in about 15. Inures!! I would recommend Rex and Taylor Tire for any need, big or small. Great service and customer care.

I purchased a set of winter tires and rims and was impressed with Taylor Tires on their pricing, customer service, and how organized and efficient they were.

The tires were carefully bagged and loaded into my vehicle (I planned to bring the tires back later in the fall to install). When I got a flat on my summer tires, I self-installed the winter tires and brought the wheel with the flat tire for a patch. Not only did they patch the flat in under 20 minutes (it was not peak season and on a weekday afternoon), they offered me a refund for self-installing the winter tires, which I gladly accepted.

The staff are always friendly and I appreciate how efficiently the shop is run. There’s a clean waiting area with complimentary drinks/snacks.
