Don't let this place's small size, relatively hidden location, and (somewhat) unorganized manner (with endless towers of tires stacked all over the place) give you first impressions and judgments. If you have any tire-related issues or inquiries and you want competitive tire prices, this is definitely the place to go.

After getting a new car, I had to look for winter tires and rims while on a budget. When I initially came here, no one greeted me so I left and came back another day, hoping to give the staff the benefit of the doubt (mainly because on my first visit, they were busy working on 2 cars). The next day I came back, I was given a warm greeting by one of the staff members and he asked if there was anything he could assist me with. Upon asking about winter tires and rims, he immediately gave me a quote and a sizable selection of tires he recommended - needless to say, he was friendly, upfront, and honest about it as he wrote down a whole list and gave it to me as proof that he wouldn't go back on his prices.

Upon coming back on another day for tire installation, let me just say that despite the garage crew having relatively inexpensive maintenance tools, they were extremely quick and fast in how they swapped my tires - in fact, they even had my winter tires and rims preinstalled prior to my arrival. They might as well be a pit crew at a Formula 1 racetrack at how fast they were at their jobs. And they'll ensure everything is in order - they will torque the nuts on the rims after installation with a click wrench to ensure they are secure, carefully load your tires for you, and ensure you don't leave anything behind such as rim covers. Did I mention that everything was taken care of in roughly 15 minutes?

Prices-wise, they are at least a hundred dollars cheaper than at another nearby tire dealer I got a quote on. Relatively competitive and reasonable if you ask me.

I already mentioned the staff, but the actual crew that will take care of the job are fast, professional, and friendly. The office crew are just as so and they will take their time to explain any inquiries you may have, and they will do so in fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (I don't know who Rick actually is though). I am not sure if they serve other languages however.

If you live in the Markham area, this is definitely a vendor you must check out if you ever have tire needs. However, I do recommend to not go during peak hours, as their garage is relatively small and depending on your vehicle and what's already undergoing maintenance inside, you may have to wait a bit before vehicle leaves. But above all else, my experience was hassle-free and I definitely got the bang out of my buck, so here's my 5 stars!

UPDATE: I came back here again to get new all season tires. Rex (the new manager) provided me with a fair price for budget friendly Chinese brand tires, and also charged me fairly for labor rates. When I came in for the appointment, I was in and out within half an hour. He was also willing to accommodate me by holding one set of my older tires because a set a friend provided me with didn't fit properly.

Once again, their service has not disappointed me whatsoever. Definitely coming back here again for future tire purchases and jobs.
