Amazing experience at Taylor Tire! Yesterday, I had four pre-ordered winter tires installed. We arrived on time for our appointment, and they changed the tires right away with zero waiting.
They are incredibly honest people. Because of a misunderstanding during the quote, I had overpaid by $40. When checking out, they voluntarily told me about it and deducted the $40 from the bill.
The staff are very polite, the service is fast, and their prices are very affordable. Fair, honest, and efficient—highly recommended!

The only tire shop who actually discussed what options were available for me instead of trying to sell me their preferred tires/rims or dismissed me for asking questions.

After seeing a sensor in the car, I was told by the Toyota dealership that I had a nail in a tire,and they would plug it. However, when I was driving away, the sensor was still active. I then took it to Taylor on the advise of a friend, was treated with the utmost respect, and was informed all tires were fine, but the tire sensor needed to be replaced. (There was never a nail in the tire!)This was repaired in about 15. Inures!! I would recommend Rex and Taylor Tire for any need, big or small. Great service and customer care.
